We are a shared services corporation consisting of four affiliated companies that support law firms and notaries affiliated with the only grouping of independent law firms and notaries in Quebec. Our mandate is to provide member firms with the tools they need and coordinate the efforts of all components within the grouping.

Our main objectives are to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of affiliated law firms and notaries within the grouping by allowing them to focus less on purely administrative activities, providing them with state-of-the-art technological tools to achieve significant productivity gains, improving the quality and innovative nature of the legal services they offer, ensuring the development of skills and expertise, and raising awareness of their service offerings. In short, we aim to provide increased investment and development capacity to member firms in the network through significant economies of scale resulting from the pooling of operational and administrative activities.
