We are a shared services corporation with four affiliated companies that support law firms and notaries affiliated with the only grouping of independent law firms and notaries in Quebec. Our mandate is to provide member firms with the tools they need and coordinate the efforts of all components within the grouping.

Our main objectives are to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of affiliated law firms and notaries within the grouping by allowing them to free themselves from most strictly administrative activities, providing them with the most advanced technological tools to achieve significant productivity gains and improve the quality and innovative nature of the legal services they offer. We also aim to ensure the development of skills and expertise, as well as promote their service offerings and provide increased investment and development capacity to member firms in the network through significant economies of scale resulting from the pooling of operational and administrative activities.

To achieve these objectives, our affiliated companies each have a mandate to optimize a specific support activity for the operations of member firms within the grouping, all under the umbrella of PSP Legal.

PSP Services Administratifs inc.

A subsidiary within our organization is specifically focused on supporting operational and administrative activities, providing guidance to member firms of the grouping regarding their accounting obligations. It also offers support in organizational management.

PSP Marketing Légal inc.

A subsidiary dedicated to supporting promotional and marketing activities for the legal services offered by the members, aiming to develop a shared digital strategy, a comprehensive website, and benefiting from a strong brand image.

PSP Technologies Légales inc.

A subsidiary dedicated to the deployment of software and technological tools, enabling member firms of the grouping to achieve significant productivity gains and automate a portion of their service offerings.

PSP Gestion Financière inc.

A subsidiary dedicated to supporting billing activities, credit management, client accounts, and fee collection for the member firms of the grouping.
