  • Annual training session for directors and the management team;
  • Production and filing of declarations and monitoring of obligations relating to the DEMES (déclaration de l’employeur en matière d’équité salariale);
  • Consultation and unlimited downloading of the Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Legal Compliance content of PSP Legal’s legal toolkit (24/7);
  • Annual training session for directors and the management team;

  • Production and filing of annual declarations and monitoring of registration obligations with the Quebec Enterprise Register and Corporations Canada;

  • Twelve (12) hours of free online or telephone consultations with a lawyer affiliated with PSP Legal for a period of 12 months for services* such as:

    • Assistance in preparing annual general meetings (agenda, documents to be transmitted and minutes);
    • Assistance in dealing with Canadian and Quebec revenue agencies;

    • Verification of candidates’ criminal records;
    • Assistance in managing disciplinary files, preparing disciplinary interviews and managing termination files;

    • Advice and assistance on compliance with Quebec language laws in the workplace;
    • Assistance with compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (SST) obligations;
    • Assistance in meeting obligations under the Act respecting Labour Standards.
