Package – Smart administrator+

The Package – Smart Administrator+ is designed for directors of companies and not-for-profit organizations. It is a more advanced solution developed to reduce the risk of personal legal liability, and to enable them to play their full role in corporate governance and legal compliance with the company they manage. The legal services for a period of 12 months : 

• Annual training session for directors and the management team;

• Six (6) hours of free online or telephone consultations with a lawyer affiliated with PSP Legal per 12-month period for services such as :
  • Assistance in preparing annual general meetings (agenda, documents to be transmitted and minutes);
  • Advice on the best governance rules and policies to be implemented within the company;
• Appointment scheduling within 8 hours;
• Access to provincial multidisciplinary network;
• Reduced hourly rates for all legal issues requiring direct intervention by a jurist affiliated with PSP Légal**.
