• Consultation and download access to the PSP Legal Legal Toolkit
• Flat-rate legal document review by a PSP Legal-affiliated jurist
• Annual legal health checkup for your business
• Six (6) hours of free consultations, online or by phone, equally divided between a legal professional affiliated with PSP Legal and an accountant associated with Daigle, Bédard & Jean;
• Corporate books and records maintenance, including the filing of annual declarations with the Québec Enterprise Register and Corporations Canada 
• Registration of the business with required accounts at the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec.
• Turnkey incorporation with the Québec Enterprise Register or Corporations Canada at a fixed rate of $1,250 + tax.
• Preparation of financial statements for the first year at a fixed rate of $1,800 + tax for corporations and $500 + tax for self-employed individuals.
• Appointment scheduling within 24 hours;

• Discounted hourly rates for any legal or accounting issue requiring direct involvement of a jurist affiliated with PSP Legal or an accountant affiliated with Daigle, Bédard & Jean.
